AnswerLab ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and how you can access, correct, or raise concerns about it.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle personal information. We take reasonable steps to ensure they maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Cookies and website analytics

Our website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools.

We use sessionStorage (browser session storage, not cookies) to temporarily hold form data during the checkout flow. This data is stored in your browser only and is cleared when you close the tab.
